Area Lissa is a new apartment building with an elevator, located in the seaside district of Świnoujście, about 300 meters from the beach. In the near distance, the promenade with cafes, restaurants and attractions for children encourages to walks.
Guests have at their disposal 2 rooms (an independent bedroom and an open living room), a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen has an electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle and necessary utensils, as well as a table and chairs for four people. The living room has a sofa bed with a sleeping function and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable continental bed with an upholstered headboard and a TV.
The apartment includes a free parking space in the underground garage.
Pets are welcome (additional fee 150 PLN / stay / pet).

– During the holiday season, we usually rent stays for min. 7 nights.
