Area A two-room apartment located on the third floor of an apartment building, in the prestigious Baltic Park Plaza estate. This building is located at the best point of Świnoujście , on the dunes, between the promenade and the beach. There are shops, restaurants, fish bars and smokehouses in the area.
The apartment consists of a living room (large corner sofa bed with a sleeping option) connected with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.), bedroom (double bed) and bathrooms. The big advantage of the presented apartment is a spacious balcony with a partial sea view. Additional equipment includes a flat-screen TV, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes dryer.
The apartment includes a free parking space in the underground garage.
Pets are welcome (additional fee 150 PLN / stay / pet).
